Virgina Tech, Radford, and Michigan all have very active billiards teams. You might contact these universities and inquire about any opportunities they may have.
I would also recommend contacting the Billiards Education Foundation ( http://www.billiardeducation.org/ ) as they offer scholarship opportunities for the school of your choice.
