HELP!!! My delivery has not come after 25 days!?
I ordered a pool table on the 8th december from www.kvoot.com and i was told it would take between 1 and 10 days to arrive. It has now been 25 and I have already emailed them after 21 days with no reply and have just sent 3 more to them. I would phone them but they do not use phones! How can i get through to them and soon?
25 Days is a bit much i would keep emailing angry emails asking why you have not got your pool table as there not cheap also i would think of sending a complaint letter to there head office address in Source.
I have had problems like this before just keep at them and they will get reply.
