Will this jogging plan work?

To begin with, I am 13, 6′, and 180-190 pounds. I am not fat, but I am overweight. I am a pretty big person in that I am very tall for my age. I have small man boobage and fat in my hips that I am most concerned about getting rid of. My stomach isn’t big and it is the least of my concern. I do want to lose a good amount of fat all over. So, the actual exercise plan:
I have a pool table upstairs in my house overlooking my tv. The past 3 days I have been jogging around it while watching a standard 20 minute show. I do this because if I didn’t all I would want to do is stop jogging because I would get bored with it quickly. If I do this soon after I wake up, just before breakfast, everyday, will it work to lose a good amount of weight? I have read that it is also wise to pick a day or 2 to not jog and instead do less demanding exercise like walking for about half an hour to an hour. I am going to start eating less (not necessarily healthier, I normally eat healthy food).

No, it’s actually extremely silly to. The way to lose fat is to create a deficit of calories while keeping your fat and carbohydrates in check find a calorie caluclator on the internet to tel you how many calories you should have to lose weight. Go outside and run/walk 30 minutes, atleast 3 times a week. but remember something: losing fat is 90% diet 10% exercise, and that’s not an exageration.
Drink no soda
No sugar.
eat enough.
