An foul shot in pool?
I was playing pool with my mate in the pub on saturday. He was on red and I was on yellow. He hit the white ball so hard that it shot his red ball off the table. He then calmly picked the red ball off the floor and put it in the pocket, before placing the white ball in the semi circle saying that I had 2 shots. Isn’t this unfair? He said that these were the official rules. Surely if heblasted the ball off the table, he shouldn’t get the credit of the same ball being pocketed. Shouldn’t I have been given the red ball to place somewhere on the green? We argued for hours after that!

If you were playing in Stafford and you are not form that town you Will lose Every game as apparently Stafford has its own rules for Pub pool which basically means they win every time and when questioned you get the answer “Stafford Rules!” bunch of w**kers!. So if you were playing in Stafford or you mate is from there you have no chance. Personally in your situ you should have placed the red ball in a place of your choosing but thems the breaks!
