I think I have unusual strength..?
..lately I’ve been getting stronger..but not just slightly…I mean alot…..I am a carpet installer and today we had to move a 1,200 lb slate pool table!….My partner and I got on both ends of the table and..as we went to lift..he struggled and went all red..his side got a couple inches off the ground…..and well..me?..I went right up no problem…infact..as a joke..later in the day..I did ‘reps’ with it……..
this thing is 1,200 lbso_O..also …I can whip a bale of pad on my shoulder pretty good..but..today..I just grabbed it with one hand and threw it on my shoulder..I even ran towards the stairs and jumped 4 steps with no problem with the pad on my shoulder..
..then..tonight.. I am sick…. ..I don’t work out…(but I used to)… and this strength just seemed to appear overnight..
I think you may have overexerted yourself to day, thus the sickness
