see, i am going to be renting a house in the next couple of months and wanted to see if there were any special things i needed to know, or ask, or inform my potential land lord about. i know the pool table is heavy, and i will likely have to put it in the basement… but i was wondering if i had to look into any special additional details.

if your putting the pooltable on a concrete floor you should have no problem with the structure of the house concrete floor can handle the pool table.i have a commericaltable in our basement very big and heavy floor handles it very well.
