I just moved into a new place and my neighbors are driving me crazy?
I just moved into a four family appartment building. The people that live above me are insane. First off all these apartments have only two bedrooms. Up their they have three kids and three adults. With that many people I can understand noise, but there is constant banging and crashing. They blast the radio, and I can hear their kids screaming. I just found out that they have a pool table up there and i am sure that is what i hear a lot. Plus they have a dog and at least one cat.
Here’s my question. I don’t want to start a war . Do i say something to them, they seem ok, but i don’t want to make them mad (we have only been here two weeks) or do i wate till they get evicted? (landlord told me that they were getting kicked out, and have been served eviction papers)
I know that this is all part of renting and living in a lower appartment, but i did that for three years somehere else and it wasn’t like this

If they are being evicted how long will that take? If it is a reasonable period of time and you can live with it, then I would leave it alone. However, if it will be a while, which it might be, I would approach them politely and mention that you can hear them. Also, check with the other neighbors to see if they hear them. If so, it may help if more than one family can let them know that there is a problem. Good luck with it.
