Billiards Pool cue tip question?
How often should you shape or scruff your tip.
What do you use to work on your tip. I have a tip tapper, tip pick, tip cube, and tip shaper and I really don’t know which I should use.
What is your opinion of Morri Tips
I’ve been playing Billiards, Snooker and recently pool for fifty years, I use the same cue for all three.
I’ve always used Elk master tips as do most snooker/billiards players, I don’t know what tip diameter you use but Elk only make 9 and 10mm tips.
I’ve always replaced tips as under my source but I only use superglue during matches, otherwise I use Araldite.
Once the new tip is on, I only scuff it with a tip file after a serious miscue (rare) or when the tip starts to look shiny.
