How much is a Helmstetter TJ pool cue worth?
I bought this pool cue from a garage sale, and I wanted to figure out how much it’s actually worth. I looked up other Helmstetter pool cues and apparently they go for a lot more than what I paid for mine (I think I paid $2).

Can anybody give me any information about this cue? What’s it worth, when it was made, or anything else I might need to know.
My cue is not in immaculate condition, it’s got a few dings on it, but it’s still perfectly straight (as far as I can tell).

Here’s a a cue from the same model line that was listed on ebay for $169. Cue values can vary widely, but you got a steal for $2. I’d keep it to play with if I were you, it probably listed for 4 or 5 hundred bucks when it was new.
BTW, the best was to get info on this cue is to either contact the manufacturer, or pay for the subscription at the site you linked up.
