How do I get a credit card refund from an ebay purchase?
I bought a pool cue. The buyer said in the description that he’d give a refund if the buyer wasn’t pleased. I’m not. It’s slightly crooked. Do I send it back first? Do I get the refund first, then send it? Not that I don’t trust the seller, I’d just trust you guys a little more. I paid through paypal. I don’t want to get taken, it was an expensive cue. First thing to do is to contact the seller. If they don’t give a refund, then the thing to do is to file a dispute through Paypal. After you log in, look up the transaction number of the product, then go to their Resolution Center and file a claim. The seller has 2 weeks to respond, and they go from there.
