They are manufactured by Hampton Ridge Billiards, which is out of West Virgina. They are a high end cue. McDermott once made a series of cues for Hampton caledl HRUSA. Does everything else they have come from China? Other cues include Adrenaline and Blizzard. Ozone Billiards is a retailer that carries their cues. I just like to fill in the blanks, because I really like how their cues look and their features include a Tiger Everest tip, which is unheard of in mass production. I might call Ozone, but thought I try here again.

As it happens, McDermott has another lower end line called “Star by McDermott”. The HRUSA cues still have a page too as HRB didn’t take it down. Those cues are higher price than the Arsenal, but look alot like them (excpet the Arsenal has the Tiger tip and HRUSA has the McDermott standard-Triangle).
I’ll tell ya what, a pretty good rule of thumb you can follow is this… If the cue you are looking at information on does not have its own webpage, ex; www.jacobycue.com You can probably assume they are cheap china made junk. There is a reason they are low priced. Even if the cue is a sub produce of a highend cue company, it does not mean that it is made in the U.S.A and is of low quality and most likely the inlays are not even real.
