Need Opinions: Would it be a good idea to add Hookah in a bar.?
Need opinions here, we currently have a huge amount of free space and just trying to find more entertaining things to add to the bar to attract all types of audiences. The main thing in there right now is pool, we have 6 diamond tables which we run a billiards pool league in. We also sell alcohol and that is our only real sources of entertainment currently. So if anyone doenst agree with the hookah can you please add some other sources of entertainment you may find attracting.
Personally it comes down to 2 things.
Do you know how to pack a good hookah, and what quality tobacco and coals to use?
Is it the right atmosphere?
Had a place where I am that added a hookah lounge to a dance club. Eventhough I convinced him to fork out money for the good stuff, the atmosphere was not good for hookah smoking. I figure the 4 Cue balls cracking on the tables simultaneously will be the same problem. Seen so many places loose money because they don’t realize hookah smoking is a SOCIAL and RELAXING hobby. Take away one and you just get the candy kids who think they are god’s gift to the planet!
