how can I tell cheap snooker and pool balls from the good ones?
I have a set of snooker and pool balls from a table I purchased from a local members only type club. I was told that the balls were more valuable than the table. The table is 60-70 years old a real antique but well used to say the least. and unfortunatley there is now a 4 inch chip in the slate that was caused in the move from the club to my house I was told that the entire slate now needs replacing. So I am going to scrap the table I hope to recoupe some cash on the sale of the balls and cue’s the question is How can I tell who made the balls and or thier value I wish to sell them and have no idea what information to put in the ad. I have both snooker and 8 balls and a few extra cue balls.
